Ham and Swiss Frittata in a Jar

Ingredients
- 1 cup / 150 g
- chopped deli Black Forest ham
- 5
- processed swiss cheese slices, chopped
- 2 cup / 500 g
- Egg Creations Whole Eggs Original, well shaken
- pinch
- each salt and pepper
- Chopped fresh chives (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
Divide ham between 8 (4oz/125ml) ovenproof jars sprayed with cooking spray; top with chopped cheese.
Place on a parchment-lined, rimmed baking sheet.
Add salt and pepper to the egg carton and shake to combine. Divide eggs between jars, adding about 1/4 cup to each.
Bake for 18 to 24 minutes until set.
Sprinkle with chives (if using).
Tips
Add 1 tbsp/15 ml diced vegetables such as sweet bell peppers, onions, tomatoes or mushrooms to each jar if desired.
Frittatas can be baked in 4 oz (125 ml) ramekins instead of jars if preferred.
Can change to EGG Creations Fat Free Original and shredded swiss cheese if preferred..
Serve with whole grain toast and fresh fruit.
