Ramos Maple Fizz

This delicious cocktail is naturally sweetened with maple syrup. The recipe is easy to make, and so refreshing!

Ingredients

1.5 oz
maple whisky
1 oz
fresh lemon juice
0.75 oz
maple syrup
0.75 oz
fresh cream
1 oz
Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, well shaken
Cola
Garnish
maple flakes

Directions

  1. Pour all ingredients except cola into a shaker.

  2. Shake vigorously once without ice (Dry Shake).

  3. Add ice cubes and shake vigorously.

  4. Strain into a glass filled with ice cubes.

  5. Gently pour in cola to create a frothy head.

  6. Sprinkle with maple sugar.

Tips

  1. For a non-alcoholic version: use non-alcoholic whisky and add 0.25 oz maple syrup.
