Ingredients
- 1 package / 264 g
- EGGS2go! Omega 3 Hard Boiled 6 Pack Pouch
- 2 tbsp / 30 ml
- light or regular mayonnaise (or to taste)
- 1 tbsp / 15 ml
- very finely minced celery
- 1 tbsp / 15 ml
- very finely minced onion
- thinly sliced red pepper
Directions
Cut eggs in half lengthwise, remove yolks.
Use a fork to mash yolks, blend in mayonnaise, minced celery and onion until smooth.
Pipe or spoon fill mixture into the egg whites.
Garnish with thinly sliced strips of red pepper.
Serve immediately or store, covered in refrigerator.
Tips
Devilled eggs can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

To hard cook, place cold eggs in a single layer in a saucepan and cover with at least 1 inch (2.5 cm) of cold water over the top of the eggs. Cover saucepan and bring quickly to the boil over high heat. Immediately remove pan from heat to stop boiling. Let eggs stand in water for 18 to 23 minutes. Drain water and immediately run cold water over eggs until cooled. This helps to prevent a dark or greenish ring from forming around the yolk. Remove egg from shell.
