Festive Egg-in-a-Hole Sheet Pan Breakfast
Bring holiday cheer to the breakfast table with this festive twist on the classic egg-in-a-hole! Using festive cookie-cutter shapes, create a tray of warm, egg-filled toasts—perfect for holiday brunch or feeding a hungry crowd. Pair with jam-topped cut-outs for an extra treat!

Ingredients
- 8
- slices of sandwich bread
- 1 1/3 cup
- EGG Creations! Whole Eggs Original
- 2 tbsp
- chopped chives
- salt, to taste
Directions
Preheat your oven to 400F.
Place your slices of bread on a parchment lined baking tray.
Using festive cookie cutters, cut a hole in the center of each slice of bread. Set aside cut-out pieces of bread.
Shake the EGG Creations! liquid eggs and pour into each hole of bread until the liquid eggs reach the height of the bread (don’t overfill).
Sprinkle a few chopped chives overtop the center of each bread and add a pinch of salt to taste (if desired).
Cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until eggs are set.
Enjoy your festive egg-in-a-hole alongside the bread cut-outs. Add butter or jam to the cut-outs if desired.
Tips
You’ll need holiday cookie-cutters for this recipe i.e. stars, trees, bells, gingerbread man.
Variations: top toast with some shredded cheese.
