- Star anise (garnish)
- 60 ml
- Tonic soda, 1642 Tonic
- 30 ml
- Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, Burnbrae Farms
- 0.75 oz
- Blueberry syrup
- 1 oz
- Fresh lemon juice
- 1.5 oz
- Gin, Bleu Royal
Directions
Pour all the ingredients into a shaker except the tonic soda.
Shake vigorously the first time without ice cubes (dry shake).
Add ice cubes and shake vigorously.
Strain into an Old Fashioned or Highball glass filled with ice cubes.
Stretch with the tonic soda.
Garnish with the star anise.
