Bunny Devilled Eggs
These adorable Bunny Devilled Eggs will be a hoppin’ addition to your Easter spread.

Ingredients

- EGGS2go! Omega 3 Hard Boiled 6 Pack Pouch
- 3 tbsp
- mayonnaise
- 1 tsp
- Dijon mustard
- salt to taste
- 12
- stems of chives
- 2
- French cornichons pickles
- 1
- red pepper
- drop of ketchup
Directions
Cut EGGS2go! hard boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. Set whites aside and place egg yolks in a bowl.
Using a fork, mash the yolks and then add mayonnaise and mustard and salt to taste. Mix well.
Fill egg whites with the egg yolk mixture using a piping bag (optional).
Transform into a bunny: Use 4 to 6 pieces of chives for whiskers. Cut pickles into thin slices and use a slice for the nose. Using a toothpick or pointy knife, draw on the eyes with ketchup. Lastly, cut some red peppers into long but round bunny ears.
Tips
Freeze the remaining red pepper for a future sauce or soup or eat as a snack. No food waste!

Room temperature whites are easier to whip and achieve greater volume. If your whites are refrigerator cold (best for separating), you can warm the whites in the microwave. Place in a bowl and microwave uncovered for about 30 seconds at 30 percent power. Another option would be to hold the eggs, before cracking, under a stream of warm water to take off the chill.
