Pumpkin Devilled Eggs
These fun and easy to make Pumpkin Devilled Eggs are a perfect appetizer idea for Thanksgiving or Halloween!

Ingredients

- EGGS2go! Omega 3 hard boiled eggs 6 pack pouch
- 1/4 cup
- mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp
- paprika
- 3
- fresh chives stems
- salt to taste
Directions
Cut the EGGS2go! hard boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. Set whites aside and place egg yolks in a bowl.
Using a fork, mash the yolks and then add the mayonnaise, stir well.
Next, add in the paprika and mix some more.
Fill the egg whites with the mixture.
Transform into a pumpkin: Garnish with a small piece of chive as a stem and using a toothpick, draw lines.

To hard cook, place cold eggs in a single layer in a saucepan and cover with at least 1 inch (2.5 cm) of cold water over the top of the eggs. Cover saucepan and bring quickly to the boil over high heat. Immediately remove pan from heat to stop boiling. Let eggs stand in water for 18 to 23 minutes. Drain water and immediately run cold water over eggs until cooled. This helps to prevent a dark or greenish ring from forming around the yolk. Remove egg from shell.
