Spinach & Egg Wrap
This egg-cellent keto friendly, gluten free spinach & egg wrap is made with just 2 ingredients! Add your favourite fillings and enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 cup
- spinach
- 100 g
- EGG Creations! Whole Eggs Original
- salt and pepper to taste (optional)
- 1 to 2 slice
- ham
- 1 to 2 slice
- Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup
- lettuce
Directions
In a food processor or blender, combine spinach, EGG Creations!, salt and pepper to taste, until well blended.
Heat a non-stick or crepe pan over medium heat and grease lightly.
Pour a thin layer of the egg and spinach mixture onto the pan, ensuring it covers the pan.
Cook over low to medium heat for approximately 2 minutes. Carefully flip and cook for approximately 1 more minute or until cooked through.
Once cooked, remove from pan, place it on a plate and let cool before adding fillings.
Layer ham, Swiss cheese, and lettuce or add your favourite fillings.
Roll into a wrap and enjoy your delicious creation!
Tips
How to roll into a wrap: Fold the sides towards the center, slightly overlapping. Roll the filled side away from you tightly. Slice diagonally for serving. Use a toothpick to hold the wrap if needed.
