- Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, well shaken
- 1 pouch
- single serve instant plain oatmeal
- 1 tbsp / 15 ml
- liquid honey (optional)
- 1 1/2 cup / 375 ml
- frozen strawberries

- banana, sliced
Directions
Combine 2% milk, egg whites, oatmeal and honey (if using) in a blender bowl. Let stand for 5 minutes. Add the strawberries and banana; blend until smooth.
