Tornado Egg Shrimp

Ingredients

Naturegg Omega 3 large brown eggs
1 tsp / 5 ml
soy sauce
1 tsp / 5 ml
sesame oil
1/2 tsp / 2 ml
white pepper
1/2 tsp / 2 ml
sugar
5 oz / 140 g
shrimp
1/2 tsp / 2 ml
salt
green onions, diced (optional)

Directions

  1. Crack eggs into a bowl. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar and white pepper, then whisk. Set bowl aside.

  2. Heat a large non-stick pan on medium with oil.

  3. Cook shrimp, season with salt and flip to cook other side. Set aside.

  4. Heat up a large non-stick pan or wok and turn heat to high.

  5. Pour egg mixture into your pan and use a spatula to push the egg in and out to create a tornado shape.

  6. Once tornado shape is formed and the top of the egg is still runny, add back in the shrimp, turn off heat and cover with a lid until egg is just cooked.

  7. Serve and enjoy!
