Tips for Stress-Free Cooking While More of Us Stay Home
Blogue de la présidenteIt’s amazing to watch Canadians support one another during these unprecedented times. I’ve seen and heard so many heart-warming stories about Canadians helping front-line workers with meals, songs and posts of solidarity; grocery shopping for friends or family members who are advised to stay in; donating to food banks to ensure everyone has enough food to eat; and checking on each other with daily calls and video chats to provide emotional support.
Our food supply plays a critical role for Canadians, which is apparent during this crisis. But we’re stronger together, and it’s great to see how much support and love can flow in this country.
We at Burnbrae Farms play an important role in maintaining the distribution of quality eggs to Canadian families. During this time, there’s been an increased interest in cooking and baking at home, and eggs are a central ingredient to so many delicious recipes. Perhaps you are making a weekend brunch quiche; teaching your kids how to scramble an egg; or experimenting with new baking recipes. Rest assured, we are doing everything we can to keep the flow of nutritious eggs moving across our country.
