Simple Egg and Avocado Bagel
Simple doesn’t have to be boring! This 2 min breakfast sandwich with avocado is guaranteed to satisfy hungry bellies.

Ingredients
- pinch
- salt & pepper, to taste
- 1/2
- avocado, mashed
- 1 handful
- baby spinach
- 2 slice
- tomato
- 1
- everything bagel
- 1

Directions
Toast bagel in the toaster.
Microwave egg patty on high for 75 seconds.
While bagel is toasting, mash avocado and mix in a pinch of salt and pepper.
Add heated egg patty and rest of the ingredients to bottom half of the bagel.
Spread the top half of the bagel with mashed avocado and place bagel on top. Enjoy!
