paprika (optional)
shredded lettuce (optional)

sour cream or Greek yogurt

diced red onion
1 tbsp / 15 ml
sweet green relish

hoagie roll

Directions

  1. Grate Hot Sauce eggs into a small bowl; blend in sour cream, onion and relish.

  2. Line the hoagie roll with lettuce (if using). Spoon egg salad over top. Sprinkle with paprika (if using).
