- paprika (optional)
- shredded lettuce (optional)

- 2 tbsp / 30 ml
- sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp / 15 ml
- diced red onion
- 1 tbsp / 15 ml
- sweet green relish
- 1
- hoagie roll
- 1 tbsp / 15 ml
- hot sauce (or to taste)
Directions
Grate Hot Sauce eggs into a small bowl; blend in sour cream, onion and relish.
Line the hoagie roll with lettuce (if using). Spoon egg salad over top. Sprinkle with paprika (if using).
